Butchery Experience

The students will learn about how carcasses are produced right down to hands on experience butchering their own carcass. Vouchers can be paid for by cheque made payable to "F L Edge & Son Ltd", by cash in store or over the telephone with your debit or credit card. (All major Cards Accepted)
When you purchase the voucher you do not have to book a course at the same time. The recipient can redeem the voucher against the course of their choice, at a time which is convenient to them during the current year.
Course Prices
Basic Courses £100 inc VAT this price includes all course material, hand outs, supply of safety equiptment and all day refreshments including a cooked lunch.
Advanced Courses £125 inc VAT this price includes all course material, hand outs, supply of safety equipment and all day refreshments including a cooked lunch.
