Welcome to F. L. Edge & Sons' Butchery School
F. L. Edge & Son was established in 1953 with its butchers shop in the village of East Harling and
now has been in business for over 50 years and is in its third generation.
At F L Edge & son we have constantly re invested into the business and have diversified to cope with the change in trends
and buying patterns of the general public.
We now have 2 retail outlets, one in East Harling and one in Thetford.
1 EEC licensed cutting plant joining our shop in the village of East Harling along with a new 3000 sq feet EEC licensed cutting plant
& butchery school situated also in the village of East Harling on Cloverfields industrial estate.

The school has a state of the art fully equipped practical preparation room along with excellent lecture facilities upstairs.
The courses we offer are suited for any food lovers, anyone wanting to be able to turn their boring joint of meat into something that is vibrant and exciting. It will also be suited to anyone who is considering a career in butchery, or any one who fancies trying their hand at something new.
